Your Supervisor

Lance Nabers, MS, LPC

In 2001, one week after finishing his master's degree, Lance sold everything he owned and moved his wife and three kids to a remote fishing village in Alaska to start his career. No blueprint. No safety net. Just a calling.

What followed was 25 years of showing up for people others couldn't reach — foster children in state care, Native American communities in New Mexico, families in the Texas desert, immigrants and refugees in Connecticut health centers, and addiction survivors rebuilding their lives. He grew from therapist to Clinical Director, to Statewide Director overseeing 16 offices, to Chief Behavioral Health Officer, to university faculty and national speaker. Now he brings that depth to every supervision session.
